Shots Fired: Third Eye vs Gwamba
It's just a few days after rap star Gwamba, the top rapper of the moment in the booming urban music business in Malawi split ways with Soul Rebel Entertainment, a controversial label in which before he left he was the CEO.
Making the announcement of Gwamba's departure was the label's co founder/rapper Third Eye who let the nation know that Gwamba together with close friend Crazie g are no long part & parcel of the Lilongwe based music company.
The news attracted national attention as to what's the uproar that caused the two influencial rappers to dump the label, the rappers themselves didn't come out clear to disclose the cause as tension has been building for the past week, up until today, saturday when Third eye started throwing shots at Gwamba via twitter & Gwamba couldn't hold it back but fire back.
When we took a closeer look at the tweets, it clearly shows that Third Eye is claiming that Gwamba asked him(Third Eye) for english lyrics while Gwamba is claiming that Third Eye always looked up to him(Gwamba) & his family for the company's financial support.
